Cancellation & No Show Policies

• Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the Lift eFoil lesson/departure date and time or no show: 100% cancellation fee – no refund.
• Bookings canceled more than 48 hours prior to the lesson/departure date and time will result in a 50% refund.
• Note: Private Tour reservations are not eligible for refunds.
• For group tours, there is a 10-person minimum requirement for a tour to operate. Should the amount not be met, a High Grade Water Sports representative will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.
• We prioritize your safety above all else. For any lessons/tours canceled due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued. This decision will remain at the sole discretion of the captain/instructor and can be decided hours before the lesson/departure as the tropical environment experiences sudden shifts. If you would like to reschedule for another day, we would be happy to accommodate, weather permitting.

Terms and Conditions

Your booking is an acceptance of Terms and Conditions and serves as a binding contract between you and High Grade Water Sports.

Release and Waiver

Every participant of our tours/lessons must sign a waiver. The waiver will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed. No persons will be allowed on tour/to do a lesson without a signed waiver.
